James Deters AAC Board Member and Director of Credwell Consulting James Deters is an A1 Accredited Certifier with over 15 years’ experience in the industry. James has worked for both Local Government and private consultancy, and is the founding Director of Credwell Consulting a building regulation consultancy offering specialist assessment services to ensure statutory compliance with building regulations and the National Construction Code. Through the years in the industry James has worked on all classifications of buildings and of all complexities and now relishes the opportunity to teach and mentor up and coming Building Surveyors.
